Responsibilities
  • Bertanggungjawab untuk mengawasi, memantau, dan menyelesaikan masalah apapun setiap hari untuk pengoperasian sistem yang benar dan pekerjaan latar belakang terjadwal yang disesuaikan dari program ABAP khusus
  • Mendukung anggota tim fungsional dalam kegiatan sehari-hari
  • Bertanggungjawab untuk menyelesaikan semua permintaan pengguna dan penyelesaian masalah user
  • Berpikir kreatif dalam mengimplementasikan peningkatan layanan (otomatisasi, insiden, dan sebagainya)
  • Bertanggungjawab terhadap perencanaan, pengujian, dan pengawasan sistem
